About

Imagining a wedding is not simply about decorating a venue.

It is about crafting an atmosphere, a harmony between flowers, textures, light and the emotion of the moment.

Founder of Aime l'Event by Mélissa Lois, I create floral scenographies and bespoke universes for couples seeking elegance and meaning. Every project is designed with precision, from the first inspirations to the final staging, in order to bring to life a coherent and timeless aesthetic.

My approach is rooted in a global vision of wedding design: observing volumes, elevating venues, refining details with delicacy and orchestrating the whole with precision.

I guide couples who desire a strong artistic direction, a discreet yet attentive presence, and the serenity of entrusting their project to an expert eye.

Scenography & Artistic Direction

I design each wedding as a singular work of art, driven by a bold and confident artistic direction. To me, scenography is not about decorating a venue — it reveals its soul, redraws its lines and transforms its perception.

My signature lies in a sensitive and masterful approach, where elegance emerges from balance and detail. Drawing from your story, your sensibility and your inspirations, I create bespoke, immersive, subtle and profoundly coherent universes.

Lines, volumes, textures and colours converse with precision to bring to life a powerful and timeless atmosphere, designed to be felt as much as admired. Excellence down to the invisible.

Floral Design

Floral design is at the heart of every project I undertake. It is the living material, the movement, the emotion.

My floral signature is expressed through a constant pursuit of sophisticated naturalism: living, airy compositions, never static, where every detail is crafted with precision without ever losing spontaneity.

Sculptural arches, delicate centrepieces, immersive installations… Each creation is conceived as a unique piece, in perfect harmony with the imagined universe. Because emotion also arises from what is not immediately noticed.

Support & Aesthetic Coordination

I am convinced that an artistic vision is only as valuable as its execution is flawless.

I guide you through every stage of the project to ensure a perfect coherence between the creative intent and its realisation. Every choice is driven by a demand for balance, elegance and precision.

Working closely with all vendors, I ensure the accuracy of every detail and the fluidity of the process. Present during the installation, I personally oversee the final staging so that everything is exactly as envisioned.

Client experience

A journey designed down to every detail

From our very first conversation to the big day, every step is designed to offer you a seamless, serene and perfectly mastered experience.

First exchange & commitment

Everything begins with an initial conversation, to understand your universe, your desires and the scope of your project. From there, I craft a bespoke proposal, designed with precision and coherence. Once approved, the booking is confirmed with a signed contract and deposit. A dedicated space is then opened for you, allowing you to follow your project's progress, access your documents and communicate with ease.

The birth of your universe

Each project takes shape progressively, through constant dialogue. I refine every detail of your scenography with you, liaising with your wedding planner if needed. A technical venue visit is carried out to anticipate every constraint and fully exploit its potential. Aesthetic choices, volumes, textures and compositions are crafted with precision, in pursuit of balance and overall harmony.

Masterful orchestration

Behind every polished setting lies rigorous organisation. I manage all logistics related to your scenography: planning the big day, coordinating teams, workshop preparation, transport, set-up and take-down. Every step is anticipated with precision, to ensure a smooth and seamless installation.

Final adjustments

As your event approaches, we carry out a final comprehensive review to fine-tune every detail. This stage allows us to refine the project, incorporate any changes and ensure that every element is perfectly aligned with the original vision. Nothing is left to chance, everything is adjusted with exacting standards.

The final staging

On your wedding day, everything is in place so you can fully enjoy the moment. I personally oversee the installation and staging, attending to every detail, visible and invisible. Floral compositions come to life on site, settings unfold with precision. You have nothing to manage. Simply live every moment, in a universe designed for you.

"More than decoration, I design sensitive visual experiences, where every element naturally finds its place."

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Each project being unique, some questions naturally arise during our first conversations. Here are a few answers to guide you in discovering my universe and approach.

Yes. Every wedding is conceived as a unique creation. Scenographies, floral compositions and decorative elements are imagined according to your story, venue and desired atmosphere, to ensure a coherent and personal aesthetic.

Based in Île-de-France, I also travel to other regions depending on the project. Each request is carefully considered to ensure the quality and coherence of the scenography.

Ideally between 12 and 18 months before your wedding, to build the artistic direction with serenity. However, some projects can be considered with shorter timelines depending on availability.

Yes. Each project is crafted from a floral selection made with exacting standards and sensitivity. The day before your wedding, I personally visit the Rungis market to choose fresh flowers, in harmony with the season and the universe imagined for your decor. This approach allows me to adjust varieties, textures and nuances as closely as possible to the scenography, creating natural, elegant compositions perfectly coherent with the desired atmosphere.

Each project being unique, proposals are entirely personalised. After an initial conversation, a detailed quote is prepared to precisely reflect your wishes and the imagined scenography.

After your enquiry via the contact form, we arrange an initial meeting to understand your inspirations, your venue and your expectations.

To preserve the quality of support and an exacting artistic direction, I deliberately limit the number of weddings I undertake each season. This approach allows me to dedicate the time, creativity and attention each project deserves.

Every venue, every season and every couple has its own identity. A personalised approach creates an authentic scenography, designed down to the finest detail, rather than reproducing an existing template.
